Cool bedrooms in summer.
Efficient heating in winter.
Heating and cooling, room by room: year-round comfort from inverter air conditioning by leading brands, which warms rooms in winter and cools them in summer. Each room gets its own system, so you control it independently. Designed, installed and looked after by our Refcom registered engineers.
Comfort with
intelligent control
We install inverter systems from leading brands, including Haier, Mitsubishi and Bosch: efficient, quiet and easy to control, with the heating and cooling you need in each room.
Heats and cools
Reverse-cycle units warm rooms in winter and cool them in summer, so one system gives you comfort all year.
Inverter technology
Variable-speed operation responds to what the room needs, rather than simply switching fully on and off.
Control from your phone
Wi-Fi models let you control each room from your smartphone with the manufacturer’s app.
Cleaning features
Many models include self-cleaning and air-purifying functions that help keep the unit and the air it circulates clean.

How installation works
We start with a short site survey to confirm the heating and cooling each room needs, the pipe routes, where the outdoor units will go, your power supply and the smart-home platform you use.
You then get a fixed written price. On installation day our Refcom registered engineers fit, test and commission each system, then show you how to use it before we leave.
Book your surveyPrices are provisional estimates: final sizing, equipment positions, electrical arrangements and price are confirmed after survey. They assume a standard, accessible installation. Extra-long pipe runs, condensate pumps, access equipment, consumer unit upgrades and making good are not included unless agreed. App control is included where the chosen model has it; integration with third-party home automation is not included or guaranteed.

A few things
worth knowing
How much does air conditioning cost to install?
A single room starts from £2,337 installed. Heating and cooling for three rooms is an estimated £6,375, and four rooms is an estimated £8,000. Prices include 0% VAT for qualifying domestic installations, subject to confirmation.
Your final price depends on the sizing each room needs, where the units go and your electrical arrangements, so we confirm it with a fixed written price after a short survey.
Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?
Yes. The systems we install are reverse-cycle, so they warm rooms in winter and cool them in summer.
Does each room have its own outdoor unit?
Yes. Our standard design gives each room its own complete system with its own outdoor unit, rather than one outdoor unit shared between rooms. That means every room can heat or cool independently. We agree the positions of the indoor and outdoor units with you at survey.
Can I control it from my phone or smart home system?
Most of the units we install have built-in Wi-Fi and can be controlled from your smartphone with the manufacturer’s app. If you use another home automation system, we’ll check compatibility at survey, but third-party integration isn’t included or guaranteed.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the number of units and where they’re going. We’ll explain what’s involved and how long we expect to be on site when we give you your quote.
Do you service air conditioning too?
Yes. We service air conditioning systems whether or not we installed them. You’ll find our servicing prices on our servicing & repairs page.
